"Amazing!!!! Very clean and they care about your stay. Little things like, shower cap, night light, separate toilet, complimentary waters. Pool towels and extra towels. They even have quiet guest hours! All things rarely found in hotels now a days. Only issue was when I arrived no one was at front desk, I had to go to the restaurant and ask if someone could check me in. He was nice enough to go to the back room and get done one, Loved it and round stay again!"

"We loved our stay at the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor! We did not get the same check in at reception as others before us before us, and I am not sure why? We were not offered water, nor were asked if we had stayed before; the only reason I’m bringing this up is because multiple people before me were offered water and directions as well as information about the property. We were not, it seemed she (the woman checking me in) had a prior conversation with someone she knew and whatever the news was it was not good. Wish we had better service to welcome us; however the stay was lovely."
