“Nothing unique, overpriced, no condiments with the room coffee, no offer of buffet breakfast, costly additional hotel fees, restrictive pool access. Restrictive restaurant menus, costly as well. Will not return”

“We had a great stay at Fairfield! The hotel was clean, and everyone was super friendly and accommodating. We had one unexpected hiccup when we returned from MNSSHP around 2 a.m. and discovered the battery in our room’s door lock had died. The staff put us in another room for the night and had it fixed by 8 a.m. Being without our belongings overnight wasn’t ideal, but things like this can happen anywhere, and they made it right. We’d happily stay again!”

“😍”

“Everything was amazing.”

“We had a great stay! The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the pool and amenities were excellent. There was so much available on the property that we really didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!”

“I paid for all the rates at Hotels.com and stayed here for four days. However, when I confirmed after checking out, I confirmed that the hotel charged again to my deposit credit card. So I called the hotel and hotel said it was a simple deposit, and it would be refunded it later. But this doesn't make sense. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but I have never actually paid with my credit card for deposit. I stayed at 6 hotels on this trip, but they did just save my credit card...
