“At this price point, Hotel Grand, in Samakov, is excellent value. The owner, Stanislav, was very helpful and gave us great service. The room was fine, the restaurant was fine, the bar was fine. There are 4 large supermarkets very near the hotel. We like supermarkets :) We had a great, comfortable stay. Thank you Stanislav and your team :)”

“The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment...

“Es gab leider keinen Aufenthalt, da die Rezeptionistin behauptet es gäbe leine Buchung, obwohl sie sogar bezahlt war. Das Hotel wäre voll mit Kindern, und außerdem gäbe es auch keinen Vertrag mit hotels.com. Wir mussten ein anderes Hotel suchen. Dank hotels.com haben wir den Betrag rückerstattet erhalten .”

“Beautiful resort with very welcoming staff. The mountain view is amazing and the garden with a pool is probably a great way to relax after a long hike. I will definitely go back to spend more time there, the whole area is very pretty.”

“The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...
