“The stay was for 2 nights. Daily cleaning was not provided and done in the room. Even though, I called and asked for it, nothing was done. Tea and coffee sachets were not replenished on the second day.”

“Only one criticism I have is about the parking .There are only 2 parking spaces at the B&B this only came to my attention when I had booked and received the welcome email/text .i was lucky while I was staying I managed to get one for the 3 days .Other than its a great place to stay very clean and well maintained .”

“너무도 훌륭하고 세심한 배려가 나타나는 아침 식사 그리고 깔끔하게 정리가 되어 있고 청결하였음.”

“Nice location and staff. Food was on schedule and good. Comfortable bed and rooms. Parking was limited, but that’s an issue all over UK. We would stay there again.”

“Lovely old property with an interesting historical background. Minutes walking distance from historical sites and amenities. You even hear the ghosts of the high street at night.”

“Really relaxed vibe and Jack was a great host. The ‘help yourself’ breakfast was a great idea and the little things like, have a bottle of water out of the fridge, went a long way. Room was clean, light and airy. Had everything you could possibly want eg posh coffee maker etc, bottles of water/fizzy drink. Jack made some lovely recommendations for places to see/eat/visit and we can highly recommend The Plough Inn and Jorvine too! Will return for another visit!”

“스탭들 다친절함 심지어 조식먹을때 내이름불러주며 뭐먹고싶냐고물어서 깜짝놀랐음..나혼자 동양인이라 쉽게외운거일수도있지만 조금 감동. 엘베없지만 체크인할때 미리 짐도 스탭이 올려주시고 요크 지도주면서 호텔위치 시내위치 다가르쳐주고 마주칠때마다 웃으면서 인사해줌. 조식도 메뉴많고 조리해줘서 따뜻하고 든든하고 좋음. 근데 역에서 좀 걸어야하고 캐리어가 더해져 너무힘듦 그리고 세면대완전작음..그치만 다른게 완벽..☆”

“It was ok but I wouldn't return. The room was smaller than expected and I couldn't stand up in the shower as it was in the raised bath and my head touched the rainfall shower head.”

“This was a great location. The staff were super helpful leadung up to check in. So easy for us to walk where we needed to. We got upgraded to the family room which turned out to be a bonus for when my partner gets up at stupid o'clock, it meant he didn't keep me awake. I would stay here again if i ever find myself in York again.”
