“We were getting to the hotel after check in hours and they made the process very easy. They made us feel welcomed and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable. Also, they made the check out process easy as we were leaving before the office opened in the morning. We stayed at several hotels, as we were exploring different hiking areas, and this hotel was the best hands down. I would stay here again.”

“처음 배정 받았던 룸이 1층 공조실 가동시 엄청난 굉음과 진동으로 한밤 중에 이사를 가야 할 정도 였어요. 1층 공조실과 인접해있는 방들은 편안히 쉴 수있는 룸이 되지 못합니다. 호텔 측에서 이러한 점은 반드시 개선해야 할 것입니다. ”

“Toilet didn’t even work… for $277. Walls and floors are so thin I could hear everything the neighbors were saying. Could hear every footstep… and I was upstairs But it was clean and there was hot water Front desk guy seems pompous and not very hospitable”

“Excellent rooms with bay view, minutes from ferry. Staff was courteous, friendly, professional. Enjoyed nearby town with many choices of food or drink and shopping. Would definitely stay again!”

“We chose to stay here because it was one of the few properties in Port Angeles that could accommodate a family of 6. We paid a premium price for a very outdated, semi-clean room with 1 of the mattresses seriously worn out and sinking. When we arrived, the fridge was unplugged and contained someone's leftovers. No ice or coffee was available early in the morning when we were preparing to leave for our day at Olympic Next time, I'd sacrifice location for quality”
