"I hhad reservation. Check in time is 3pm. I arrived at 2pm. Signs on window and do saying no check in before 3pm. Door was locked and lights off. No one around to talk to. Not what i would call even minimum service. I decided to go somewhere else.Have travel insurance so I will dispute room charge"

"The WoodSpring Suites in Bradenton was adequate for our 1 night stay. The room was barrack-like and stark. The bed while comfortable had only 2 pillows for 2 people. There was only one desk chair in the entire room. The bathroom was the only stand out feature of the room. Large and clean with a good walk-in shower. "

"Clean room and friendly front desk. Good parking in front of hotel. The room and bed was comfortable, TV had many channels with excellent picture. The only thing we did not like was the young athletic teams stayed there part of the week and became noisy/crowded."

"I was assigned this room, but when I opened the door, a rat not a mouse, a rat ran across the room and hid under the dresser. I immediately left and notified the front desk. Although they refunded my security deposit, they initially denied the remainder of my refund through Expedia, falsely claiming it was a gecko. After arguing and pushing back, I finally got my refund. To make matters worse, directly in front of the room was a broken-down truck sitting jacked up and a golf cart blocking three parking spaces. This was not only unsightly but a clear safety hazard. Between the musty smell, the rodent inside the room, and the unsafe, poorly maintained conditions outside, this property is unsanitary and unsafe. I will be notifying the health department. I will not stay here again."
