"First got there, they demanded a $100 deposit, which i was already aware of but the attitude was horrible. We got to our room and it was dirty, trash everywhere and the bed un made so we got moved to a different room, which was clean but the lights didn’t work, wifi was out, and the toilet didn’t flush.. the hand was completely broken.. so we just left cause it was 2hrs already and it was getting frustrating."

"Marjorie refused me and my soccer team reservation Reserved 8 rooms at this location and cancelled the reservation at 1:30 in the morning after we travelled 4 hours.. she was very rude me and my adult chaperones had to find hotels at 2-3am in the morning because she refused. Never had this experience with any hotel and she gave us a very unwelcoming experience.. My families from my academy will be always posting reviews and comments about this experience. We saw homeless and drunk people renting rooms at this location smooth transition but for us she made it living hell . Very unprofessional"

"I don’t like leaving bad reviews…but: 1. Past the small lobby to the elevators the whole area smelled like laundry gray/sewer water.very unpleasant 2. TV was on in my room when I walked in, but there was no remote to be found. Couldn’t change the channel. 3. Wanted some ice to cool my drinks down and walked all over 2 floors looking for a machine. Made my way to the front desk only to find out that the hotel has no ice machine.!! 4. The worst part of the stay were the four roaches that I killed in the room. Two in the bathroom and two near the bed. I have pictures and videos. Clearly there were more if I had seen that many in such a short period of time. Will NOT being staying here again when I come down for business, which is frequent."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. However, our room had a roll down vinyl "curtain" that did not work, no telephone, no extra lock on door. We were moved from that room to another room. No remote for television, no extra top lock on door, stains/dirty shower and dusty phone. We were told hotel had recently changed management and repairs were ongoing. The move made us late to a function we were there for."

"Staff was friendly. But the property needs a face lift all around. It's very dated. AC was super noisy and smelled moldy. Floors were very dirty. Fixtures in the room had rust on them. Curtains looked like they were eaten by some sort of bugs. Bathroom Mirror was probably the most updated part of the room. "

"Check in was easy and front desk staff friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfy. I got a suite & wasnt expecting it, fold out bed & another big TV. My only problem was there wasnt many places nearby to eat. Most required you to get back on 75 which was so busy. I did however find a charming little spot on river/canal called Linger Lodge. Food there great & in an RV park. Enjoyed both visits. "
