โThis is my 3rd time staying here when I come into town for Philadelphia Eagles games. Very convenient and close to the stadium. Staff is always helpful โ
โShuttle pickup was not on time and it took a while waiting before it got there. Driver never got out of the shuttle driver's seat and didn't help with the luggage even though my wife was struggling getting it in the shuttle.
Now the driver driving us to the airport was there before 4:30 am, curteous and very sociable, not just with us but witn everone that boarded that shuttle. He helped us and everone load and unload the luggage. A very good ambassador for your property.โ
โNice hotel. Parking is expensive, but it was right at the hotel. Checking in and getting to the elevator/room from the parking lot was easy. Clean and well maintained. Room temperature was perfect and it was quiet, good sleeping.โ
โIt was our belated honeymoon. Staff gave us a sweet little gift and ballons acknowledging our stay. Had a slight problem with room but was handled promptly to our satisfaction. Staff was absolutely, friend, kind, and courteous. We would stay there again if we came to Philly again. โ
โThe area leading to the property left us a little uncomfortable, but as weโve gotten near the property, the neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the morning complementary breakfast extremely tasty.. The property itself is very cool due to all the antiques to go with the Victorian home..โ
