I saw roaches but the room was nice also need to fix window.
The bed had various random stains all over, we ended up passing out on top of the comforter from exhaustion. We tried to go downstairs and switch rooms but no one was at the counter and we had spent the whole day at the airport so could not wait around any longer. There was a loud party two rooms down from us and the whole hotel spelled like marijuana. I will definitely not be booking with Expedia if this is the kind of property’s you offer.
There is bug/roaches in the room. I have video and pictures of Roaches all over the place. I think they have a full infestation. I was from out of town. They do not give breakfast. They put out tea and slices of old bread and rotten bananas. In addition housekeeping walk in your room after one knock. They bang on your door like police and walk in. Then they yell at you time to check out or pay extra money. They do not change sheet or clean the bathrooms. I spoke to the owner and she did nothing about. Never go there!! I was not the only person complaining about them at the desk. Another customer said he paid $3,200 and had the same issues. It is not safe the gas station got robbed next to the property. Glass was broken everywhere. The Maintenance person was very nice and tried to help in his best way possible more then the hotel owner.

Overall i liked the stay. It was nice and clean and everyone was real nice
The property was clean in general but is a bit run down. The tub didn’t drain properly and it had the overflow cover off. The sink didn’t have a stopper. There weren’t towels in the room we had to go ask about them. The clerk said, I’ll have to see if there are any which she did find us some. The plugs were few or covered up. Overall, it was a fine stay but not worth the price charged.

It's old, not very appealing from the furnishing, not worth the 175 dollars per night
The owner / the person on front desk needs customer service training - he was rude and unhelpful. Looking at the bedroom I chose to sleep on top of the bedding rather than in it. It felt very unsafe. The owner and the cleaning staff appeared to be engaged in some disagreement when I arrived to check in. All in all I would not recommend. It’s in the top 2 of worst hotels I’ve stayed in.
SCAM / FRAUD BEWARE. Overbooked me and 5 others. Refused my refund on Expedia, told them they had a ROOM in my name and video proof that I was a no show. I called the Hotel and they told me Expedia was lying and I cannot proof they charged my credit card. Don't worry though my Uber receipt and GPS location for the day proove I was there. I hope Expedia pulls this scam off its site ASAP.
I have a family and when I travel with them I am more concerned about amenities than when I travel alone. However, under no circumstances would I stay at this hotel again. Upon arrival it took about 30 minutes to get checked in. Upon getting to my room there was no TV remote. The remote brought to me did not work. I also discovered that the AC did not work, which is a problem in Atlanta in July. But by the time I realized this it made no sense to pack up and get dressed again to go to another room so I sweated it out. The hotel also recites that it provides breakfast. It consists of water, something that purports to be orange juice, toast and Cheerios.
Very friendly lady at the front desk. And gentleman they were very helpful with my situation. The place was SAFE, CLEAN and COMFORTABLE during my stay.😋
I had a pretty good experanice. Location was not near alot of stores but it had a pool it was clean the room was nicer then the hotel across the street. Nice roomy bathroom , we always had hot water, customer service was inventive to are needs. No complaints
Hotel is ran by cold, unfrendly staff with Hindu gods posted in lobby. Check in was awarkward. She never asked my name just for credentials. Very unwelcoming, and cold. Hotel is a smoking hotel, old, unclean. Our room had items from the previous guest like used soap in the shower and items in corners of the room. All light fixtures only had a single bulb in it so the room and bath was dimly lit. The bath room smelled of urine, which was actually the shower curtain. And that was made of a bath mat substance. The two twin beds were terrible no comfort what so ever, pillows were basically nonexistent. We borrowed bleach cleaner and blankets from a nearby family member, fortunately our stay was only one night. Never again will I stay here
Requested non-smoking room but our room was so Smokey it was uncomfortable for me. The staff was pleasant about coming to spray the room but it did not help for very long. The room was dirty and the refrigerator did not work well.
First room I was given had not been cleaned. Was given another and the key did not work. After 3 new cards, the manager told me to see him any time I needed to get in. No adjustment was offered or made by the staff for the inconvenience. Lousy service.
