“The property doesn't match the listing. The proximity to downtown Detroit was the only benefit of this property. The room was too small to hold a King sized bed, which left no room to walk to the bathroom. The TV reception was poor and full of static, and the refrigerator didn't work at all. Room service was only available if you requested it, and the space for the breakfast was insufficient. I was very disappointed with my stay.”

“Hope you don’t have any plans day of check in. Took over 2hrs to get into our room. Floor was wet we was late to our engagement. Paid way to much for our experience.”

“3.5성급이지만 2성급 같은 호텔이었습니다 너무 낡았고 좁고 냄새도 역해서 바로 체크아웃하고, 바로 앞에 courtyard marriot 3성급 호텔로 옮겼는데 너무 비교 되게 좋았습니다 이 호텔은 심각하게 재평가가 필요합니다 추후 다른 손님을 위해 조정이 되어야 할것 같네요 카운터 직원도 매우 불친절하고 로비만 번쩍번쩍 좋은 호텔이었습니다 ”
