The room was basic but very clean. Sheets were on bed but not a blanket and it does say that in amenities. The staff was absolutely great, helpful and very friendly! The restaurant attached to hotel had great food and great service. If I was going back to that area, I would stay there again.

El lugar no cuenta con estacionamiento, tienes que dejar tu vehiculo en un estacionamiento cerca de la 5° Av, que cuesta $250 x 24hrs. Eso es incomodo.... Sin embargo el personal de recepción , Dalo, gran anfitrion y buen lugar frente a la playa.

This hotel was better than we expected! Breakfast was awesome and the beach was beautiful. The photos don’t do it Justice! The servers were so attentive and the security/front desk was great. Would reccomend! No pool but not needed when the beach is steps away.

Muchas gracias por su calificación, en cuanto al sargazo es un tema que ya no esta en nuestras manos, el municipio limpia la playa dos veces por día en epoca severa, lo cierto es que de lo que va del año ese tema no ha sido un factor determinante para nuestros huéspedes.

Amazing ocean view. Decent restaurant. Nice staff. A few things could possibly be updated, but for the price, the view alone, makes it worth it. The area around the hotel is extremely crazy busy, but that has nothing to do with the hotel Itself.

Staff was friendly and I appreciate that it was gated. It was quiet despite being just off 5th as well. However front desk quoted us several hundred more pesos for a taxi ride (assuming maybe they get a cut for recommendation and booking) than we ended up paying on the street so go find your own taxi!

Love this clean, comfy, spacious hotel
Love this hotel! Fantastic location, spacious and clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff (especially the young man at the front desk), comfy beds, nice grounds, great security, and the honeymoon suite is spectacular! Huge deck overlooking the ocean with a jacuzzi tub. The showers are lukewarm at best but otherwise it’s a great hotel for a decent price. Will be back!

Nice hotel, beautiful location
We love this hotel! We’re going back again in 4 days! I read a few poor reviews before going and I was a little worried. Now I think those people are just entitled and grouchy. This hotel has a spectacular location on the beach, the grounds are beautiful, the staff was all super friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and clean, our beds were comfortable, and the on-site restaurant was super convenient. It’s not a 5-star resort but it’s a nice hotel.

We weren’t expecting much since we were only staying one night for New Year’s Eve but surprisingly it was very nice, clean and staff was great. Breakfast included was a bonus. We would stay again.

The Inn is very cozy and has unique characters. Our room was much bigger than the room in all inclusive hotel we stayed before. A beach is nice but right in front of the inn there are rocks in the water. It’s dangerous. But there is sandy space on the side for entry to the sea. I was very surprised that nobody mentioned in reviews that there was a big construction right next to the inn. The restaurant staff tried to turn music louder muffled the noise.

The smell in the bathroom was always awfull. No matter how clean the smell was unbearable. The operation of the AC unit was tough to figure out. Either too cold or too hold. The ceiling fan was so noisy that I always turned it off. Lastly the outside noise was always there. I get it it was very close to 5th Ave so if you are looking for a quit place this is not it.

DJ toute ma journée sur la plage merci pour le repos Pas d’eau chaude Le Wifi n’arrive pas jusqu’à la chambre J’ai payé pour un jacuzzi, impossible de le remplir.... Bref à oublier sauf dis tu veux ne pas payer cher. Attention j’avais la suite matrimoniale lol...

I first stayed in this hotel in 2003. It was right on the beach. It was reasonably priced. Breakfast was wonderful. You wanted for nothing.What more can I say.

Great location, above average everything else
Hotel layout was interesting in a good way. Room was clean and spacious. Location of the hotel was amazing! Beachfront and pretty close to the bus station. Entrance to the hotel was a little weird, it's a long tunnel in between 2 other establishments. The sign was clearly shown.

me gusto que esta en la playa y en la 5 avenida y no me gusto que no tiene tv la regadera en muy malas condiciones sale un chorrito de agua y hace falta una pequeña alberca, un buen restaurante para los alimentos al menos el desayuno.

Me asignaron una habitación sin televisión, si teléfono, no cambiaban las sábanas ni las toallas. No estuvimos contentos en nuestra estancia. La verdad no esperaba que el hotel fuera así de austeri y el servicio descuidado.
