The staff and lobby area were very nice. The room was terrible! There were stains on the carpet that looked like blood. The walls were filthy. It looked like someone had been sick on the bed as there was something stuck to the bedside table, and the fabric covering the bed frame was stained. There was even something dried to the tv screen. Never again!

I enjoyed the pretty flowers - nice touch. I like it that hallway is long and I can walk it for exercise when weather is wet outside. I enjoy being able to buy sandwiches at the hotel - saves me time not having to go out. I enjoyed the eggs, sausage, yogurt and orange juice at breakfast they provided. I noticed a police officer making rounds on hotel property in day time and after dark - safety. Very appreciative of free upgrade given me - from 2 double beds to a king size bed. Hotel in very good location - easy for me to travel west to Covington to visit family members.

As soon as we walked into the room, we noted how nice it smelled! It smelled very clean. We were only there a short time and did not use amenities so we can not comment on them. Overall, we would stay here again. Room was nice and it was very quiet over night (allowing us to sleep in!)

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. My 5 night stay was relaxing and comfortable. Food was great, pool was great, the hotel “store” had a great selection at unbelievably good prices! Can’t wait to go back!

The first room they placed us in was horrible. The smoke detector was missing. There was no refrigerator in the room only the hole where it was suppose to go. Something was wrong with the television. We were not able to get any channel to come on. Not what a husband who had plans to relax and watch Monday night football. Called front desk, they moved us to the room next door. Both rooms were clean and the second room everything worked and wasn't missing. I would suggest you ask for a room that does not bordered Interstate 81. Lots of truck traffic noise. The breakfast area was very neat and organized. All food was wonderfully prepared. Staff kept a constant check on restocking food items. Staff at front desk was very apologetic about the situation with the first room and wished us safe travels home.

Check in was good, checked in around 9 pm ( got held up on the road). I asked for a late checkout just in case, because we were really tired ( just an hour extra) was charged $10, which was odd since most hotels give you that as a courtesy. We checked out 11am, so asked for a refund and received it! Overall, quiet, clean comfortable beds. Would definitely say here again! Price was great too!

The hotel's lobby is designed to evoke a personal living room ambiance, featuring a black leather sofa and an electric fireplace. This establishment operates as a hybrid hotel and motel. We observed that approximately 85% of the paint in the bathtub was chipped, and the swimming pool was notably unclean. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, though not exceptional. Towel service is restricted to specific hours. Based on these observations, we cannot recommend this establishment.
