“Great experience overall even given the fact there was a bad storm that resulted in multiple power losses. The room was a little warmer than we would have liked but once again not their fault. Multiple power losses! They are updating the hotel now but I felt it was already nice already. Will definitely being staying there again, while our son finishes at UNCP!”

“Worst place I have ever stayed in from the start. Checkin took way too long because the employee was having to drag her screaming child across the lobby to the back room. Room was filthy. Shower and bathroom sink not useable. Garbage on the floor. Flooring coming up, causing an hazard. Unfortunately I arrived late, so didn’t have the option to try to find somewhere else to stay. This place should be shut down.”

“This was very close to our destination in Lumberton, so it was selected based on convenience. Breakfast was good.”

“The location is convenient off of I-95. The bed was comfortable. However, the property needs some upgrades: The carpet in my room had several stains. The breakfast is okay, but it would be great to have nondairy milk.”

“This is one of the best values for money on I-95! Big fridge, clean room, a little dated - but everything functions well. Only minor issue is parking - anything bigger than 16' is going to have trouble parking.”

“The property is clean and centrally located in Lumberton. The staff were very polite and helpful. The only problem we incurred was that there were no non-pet friendly rooms due allergies.”

“The breakfast was probably the best continental breakfast we've ever had with impressive variety. Everything in our room was clean and worked well; our suite was spacious. Just one thing to be aware of is the EV charging costs more than the surrounding Tesla superchargers, is a slow charger, and has congestion fees. This has not been our experience with EV chargers available at other hotels; they've always been free for us in other hotels across multiple states that we've visited.”

“The room was ok, but the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet & just had a top sheet thrown on. The bedspread was cheap. Breakfast was pretty good.”

“I ended up not staying because the doors could not be secured, rooms offered were unacceptable- people hanging about outside and I did not feel safe. My fee was returned to Expedia, but I have yet to see a refund sent to me. Desk person was kind and helpful- but I could not stay at this facility. And I want my refund from Expedia!”
