Bed topper was, for our preferences, too deep and too soft.

โCheck in was easy, front desk was terrific explaining everything the Inn offered with our stay. We had the Perennial cottage which was terrific and offered some privacy. Restaurant was great, service was wonderful and the food at both dinner and breakfasts was excellent. Highly recommend this Inn to stay, nice quiet property in Franconia. Pool was a nice plus as well.โ
โThe owners are great, the place has clean hotel style options up front, cabins out back and a clean inground pool. They have plenty of cut wood they guests are welcome to use to set a fire with out back and enjoy.โ
โI had an awesome time at Mt Liberty Motel. Everything was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Their sheets and blanket was so soft and cooling. The owners were very friendly and were hands on with anything that needed to be done. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm up in Lincoln. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.โ
โWe would definitely stay here again. The owners were very nice and helpful. The room was super clean and the grounds are well maintained. Has a nice pool and there is a sitting area in back of the motel where you can sit and watch a small river and also grills and a fire pit to have a fire.

โThe rooms were clean and inviting. The staff was awesome. We were especially happy with the service provided by Sarah, Rhonda, and Mariah. They made us feel right at home, and offered advice about things to do in the area. When I returned from a hike with a sprained ankle they were especially helpful. โ
โWe loved this hotel. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of seating around the pool which was kept clean. Nice food options at the hotel and also close by. Far exceeded my expectations. My only suggestion would be to build a coffee/breakfast kiosk. There's a good coffee place right next door but would be nice for the hotel to offer coffee in the morning hours.โ
โThis place is awesome. My wife and I stay here quite often. We travel with our dogs are very accommodating to the dogs. They have a great area and back for the dogs. The rooms are very reasonably priced and super clean. The gentleman at the office was able to accommodate an early check in with no issues Issues whatsoever ever that was really appreciated. Good pool good hot tub good experience.โ
