"Wish there were coffee makers in each room… rather in the lobby. The roof top lounge was the bomb though!"

"The facilities were ok but the staff at check in was terrible. We travel all over and look for unique experiences. The facilities met the unique experience criteria but the staff needs upgraded. We thought this would be a great place to bring our grandkids but will never go back after this experience. If this is the Blue Green vacation company…..no thanks!"

"There was a pretty odorous mildew smell in my room. I notified staff, but did not want to make a big deal about it. Also, the valet messed up my Hyundai Sonata (undiscovered by me until the next morning). There was a significant scrape and bump from another verhical on the back right corner with what appeared to be white paint from another vehicle. So far I have not received a returned call from the valet service. I have other anecdotal evidence to further suggest the fault of the valet: when I first arrived, another group of gentlemen guests in a red SUV rental vehicle were complaining about the evident accident on the front left bumper of their vehicle caused by the valet."

"overall the stay was great ! the rooms are a little outdated to me especially for how nice and inviting the lobby was ! the rooms were a bit of a let down however everything was clean and amenities were good . The staff were super friendly "

"We have stayed here a few times when we come to watch the Grizzlies, but we will think twice when we come back to Memphis in December. Our room was not ready after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, so we ran behind meeting up with friends. The man who had to not only deal with, but MANY other was giving it his best, so thank you. I asked to speak with a manager, but he/she never showed. Courtside Grill-avoid if you want breakfast. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone just to greet us. After we were seated, it took more time, and the food was not good. I can't imagine how bad service really gets because they were not even busy. Westin, do better if you want to keep loyal customers."
