Check-in clerk , though nice, spoke way too softly. Our room was clean and very spacious with two bathrooms and beds. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Coffee maker and coffee was provided in the room. Access to the beach was good. We had a very nice stay.

Friendly and helpful staff at check in. Room was spacious and extremely clean. Quiet. Beach access as advertised. Only negatives: heating was a little difficult to control, sliding door to balcony did not lock, bathrooms are functional but could use an update. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing is better than a clean, affordable, safe, and nice room when it's sunny at the Oregon Coast! Even though it was spring break for the kids in OR, I was able to book this spot last minute, for a solo fun trip. It's right next to the beach, and down the road from stores and restaurants. Even though it's an older property, it's been kept up, and I had a great night's sleep.

The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick on check in / check out. The kitchen was fully equipped, which we really appreciated. Beach access was super close. It was quiet overnight too! The only thing I'd recommend is to bring your own pillow, unless you like the memory foam ones. All the pillows were memory foam. We will be back next time we plan a trip to Rockaway!

Room was clean. Nice view with balcony. Kitchen appliances worked well. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes. We always take our own kitchen supplies so we don't go out and buy anything. Not much utensils for cooking. No fan in rooms. No tub plunger. It is nice they hire unskilled labor to update their rooms. Updates are fairly good but definitely not a licensed contractor.

Staff was nice. Room was small and dark. Only one lamp at bedside and because it’s the Oregon coast and we were experiencing a normal stormy day it made it dreary inside and out. Otherwise decent and clean.
