The rooms need major updates. The bathroom is very tiny, no room for a bigger size person. The mirror was so dirty like it had not been cleaned for months. Talk about insects in the room. I saw like three different kinds, including a roach!! There was another kind on the bed, I pray it wasn’t a bedbug. Definitely not worth the price!!! I was out in a room on the ground floor facing the parking lot and could not sleep. All I was thinking about if any argument erupted in the parking lot and gun Ms went off, I would be shot in my sleep. Overthinking maybe but the fear was real. The were also a lot of questionable characters staying there, including people placed by DSS. Nope, never again!!!!

the tv didnt work so they put me in another room with no remote. they just said sorry, you can try to talk to someone in the morning. so i cancelled my booking, yet they still charged me for 1 night! all i did was walk in the room and try to turn the tv on. wasn't worth arguing with. waste of time and money

Traveled during the month of February in NY and was cold outside. The bed had a thin coverlet, not blanket…. Should have asked for a blanket but one should have been provided in the dead of winter.

This visit was a bad experience. At check-in the room clearly had not been swept or mopped. The counters & furniture had not been cleaned and were visibly dirty/stained. The refrigerator did not work, and staff never came to address it. But the worst of the experience was the staffs refusal to even "attempt" to correct any of the aforementioned. A change of similar room (or upgrade) was denied, no one was sent to check the fridge (*as promised), and no one was sent to address the cleaning, after I made a clear complaint to the front desk regarding it. In fairness, I've stayed here before and this is not the typical condition of their rooms Or customer service, but this was a bad visit.

I called a day ahead and ask if i can check in early... it was my bday... and i needed to get dress and go to NYC... the person told me yes up to 2 hr early, go there and they told me NO. There was no cleaners to clean the room... the clerk found a room that had a ceiling leak... the toilet bottom was not clean as if previous person was a female on her cycle and fresh blood was on the toilet. I was pissed off a bit!

Our car has handicap parking ID, but vehicles with no handicap ID used the parking spots. Bathroom floor has accumulated dirt along every wall and corner. Tub or toilet leaked, never dry. Bath towel needed to keep floor safe to walk on. We won't stay here again.
