“The worst hotel stay ever! 1. Check-in time was supposed to be at 4:00pm. But the rooms were not ready at check-in time. Not only my family, but so many other families just had to wait for a long time until their rooms got ready. My family was able to ckeck in at 5:00pm. 2. The mattress was all broken and sinking into the centre. I wonder if prison mattresses are any worse than this. 3. When my wife was taking a shower at around 10pm, hot water just stopped. “The breakfast was better than most places. The pool and waterslides were excellent. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioner was quite quiet. There was a stain beside the one bed where possibly a pet had vomited. There was somebody in the building somewhere that was smoking marijuana and the smell came through the vents occasionally.”

“When we checked into the room it had an odor that was not pleasant. We bought a couple air deodorizers. When we returned in the late evening the room was still not cooled down after setting the AC. The room was hot and stuffy and turning the AC fan off was not an option. ( it covered up the road noise). The AC unit was so loud that you could not have watch TV since the volume had to be at the max and that was useless as the sound was so distorted it was useless. Also the TV was the smallest TV...
