Property and room was great. Girl at front desk had attitude, and not helpful. Tvs weren't working due to a storm few days earlier. understandable, but no effort to try another room, Very unsympathetic. Not her thing I guess.

Clean, comfortable & modern. I enjoyed my stay here. It was a great value. There could be more options for the am breakfast but with Cracker Barrel close by, that was the better option. Don't hesitate to book here!

I saw a lot of great reviews and they must be for the wrong hotel. This place was crap. The smell as you walk in to the lobby is something like stale mildew. the room had a funky musk to it that was very offputting. The bed would have been ok, but they only had what I can guess as half pillows on the bed, the breakfast was stale muffins and very limited other items. Ignore the picture with the waffle maker, because they took that out. No, there isn't a hot tub as some pictures may show. The staff had a meth club going, or at least that's what it looked like. It was all just bad....

With respect, the smells could have been addressed. The hot breakfast went away since COVID, and we do have a hot tub it's currently closed. Now getting into the issue of your accusations, we do not appreciate it. No one working in this hotel is on, doing, or having anything to do with meth. Next time if you have issues try talking to the staff. Thank you.

The front desk at night, I approach her about our key doesn’t work and when I say thank you, she just look at me! And the breakfast maybe change it a little bit more, we don’t want small muffin for breakfast and no other choice aside for the muffin and bread!

Wonderful hotel

This was a perfect stay for me because it was just a couple miles from Fort Leonard Wood. The bed was comfortable, the AC unit was actually pretty quiet, so there wasn't any motor running all night. The only thing I would have liked more is a better Continental Breakfast.

Good find

Me and the family came down for my son's graduation out of basic training and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean the lobby smelled nice, thw lady at the front checked me in fast and she was friendly. The grab and go breakfast was not fun lol would have been better with Bagels. The price was amazing for the two days we stayed there.

A pretty low-key good hotel when I went there there was only three people there and even if it was fully accommodated you can see your car in the parking lot.... I would stay there if given the chance.

Rude Front Desk clerk!!!!

We arrived in St. Louis around 9pm and arrive in St. Robert after 11pm. The GPS I used couldn't find the hotel so we stayed at a Super 8 that night. The next day I called the manager and explained to him what happened. He told me to get off at exit 161 and look for a Cracker Barrel and would only charge us for one day though technically we were a "no show." The manager had an accent but we were able to communicate fine. When we arrived and explained to the front desk clerk what happened she first insisted on the company policy and said we'd be charged both nights. As the debate ensued she then insisted that we misunderstood what the manager said because of his accent. She finally called the manager and he again agreed to charge only one night. The front desk clerk then become even more rude and curt with us and keep insisting we were getting a "free night." We made her aware that we were in town for a funeral but her demeanor never changed. This woman unnecessarily created a hostile situation and made us very uncomfortable in stay somewhere that should be hospitable. We left the Inn as the front desk clerk made it clear we weren't wanted there. I'm not sure what the final billing will be, but I would like for Hotels.com to help us get a full refund as nobody should be forced to stay and pay to be somewhere they aren't made to feel comfortable and treated with curtesy and respect!
