The staff was amazing and so helpful. I think the hotel will improve if they did a deep cleaning and upgrade of kitchen items. Then have a zero tolerance and fine if any Marijuana use is done in the building. That would really go long way to improve things. Especially since their staff is already doing a great job.

Absolutely disgusting, terrible smell, carpets were filthy, bathroom was gross. Took the girl 25 minutes to check us in. Breakfast girl was serving good without gloves, back door was opened all the time. Absolutely repulsive

Having 2 bathrooms was so appreciated! Our wifi didn't work even with the password, and some of the sheets had holes in them, and there was a towel with orange stains. Everything else was good, including a hot breakfast

Room seemed dirty. Faucets didn't look wiped. There were paper towels in our room with a kitchen and there was gunk on the roll. The corners of the floor were built up with dirt. There was rust on the fridge and toilet paper holders. Paint chipping in large chunks off wall. Faucet didn't work in second bathroom. Tub drain was rusted out. Stains on the sheets. Hallway smelled like weed the whole 3 day trip. Breakfast was sub par. No bagels but they did have cream cheese. They had oatmeal to microwave but the bowls melted in the microwave. The cranberry juice was almost clear with water. Coffee was good. This is an extended stay hotel, a lot of male workers. A lot of trash in stairways and in parking lot.

Staff were very friendly and even handled a situation where another guests children were running around at 11pm at night. I was also accidentally overcharged but once I called and explained what happened a refund was initiated that same day along with a follow up email and call.

When we first arrived to the property, the smoking area was at the front of the building. You have to walk through smoke to get to the hotel. Then when we entered, a guy was complaining about used towels being in the drawers in a clean room. Despite the signs, we continued with our check-in, staff was kind. We go to our room that was supposed to have two rooms and two beds. Instead, it was two rooms--one with a bed and the other with a pull out couch. The bed was okay but the couch had food, dirt, and dead bugs on it. I went to the front desk to request a new room and they were out. Needless to say, we did not stay there.
