위치가 안좋아요
역하고 떨어진 좁은 언덕길이 꽤 길어서 무거운 캐리어 끄는데 너무 힘들었어요 무조건 버스타거나 택시타야해요 비치된 물 2개도 돈내고 먹고ㅠ 8시이후엔 주변이 너무 한적해서 물 사러 슈퍼가는 길이 무서울정도에요

로마 호텔로는..
로마 티부르티나 역에서 버스 타면 호텔 앞까지는 옵니다. 호텔 로비는 깔끔했고, 직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 객실도 나름 깔끔했는데 침대 밑에서 먹다만 소세지가 나와 조금 놀랐습니다. 이 외에는 딱히 문제점이 없었습니다. 로마 테르미니에 가기 위해서는 조금 번잡했지만, 후회 없는 호텔이었습니다.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, di solito abbiamo 3 vassoi di cornetti ai gusti diversi, 5 torte e ciambelloni fatti in casa, affettati ricotta uova e bacon/wurstel e molto altro. Siamo spiacenti che non li abbia trovati, ma forse è sceso a orario di chiusura. Il costo del parcheggio è in linea con gli altri hotel in città, a volte inferiore. Se vorrà ritornare, sarà il benvenuto. Saluti

Classico business hotel a due passi dalla Stazione FS di Tiburtina, struttura ben tenuta, ampio parcheggio, stanze e bagni di giuste dimensioni, mobilio moderno e funzionale, ottima la pulizia, personale amichevole e cordiale, cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Nelle immediate vicinanze, tutti i servizi necessari, zona tranquilla e sicura. Gli unici due lati negativi erano il letto per me troppo duro e la scarsa insonorizzazione delle stanze.

Missing Basic Features
The room was good, We booked a Junior Suite room, but they didn't have a Coffee machine and no Steam iron box in the room. They are basic features for any decent hotel and not having them for a Junior Suite room is very bad.

Rome stay
Very good experience of our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Two very good cafes within 50m and a supermarket across the road. Very handy for us especially with young kids. Only downside is the proximity to Metro station. It is a good 15-20mins walk. Although local buses run from the station and there is a bus stop almost just outside the hotel. Buses are quite frequent.

When we arrived the a/c in the entire hotel was broken. They did not inform guests of this, or rectify the situation by a restaurant voucher, money off room etc. room was big and nice otherwise, staff were ok. Restaurant on site way overpriced. 7/10 if a/c worked, 4/10 because of broken a/c and staff response.

Lots of sirens from ambulances bit hey it's a major city. Only fault I had was the extra pillow in the bag was dirty. Staff all extremely helpful and polite. Our balcony was huge and useful.

I booked three rooms for this trip all with the same price, but I was a bit disappointed to find out that one of the rooms was very small as compared to the other two. I felt bad for my friend who stayed in that room.

Big suites, very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. The area is the only downside of this great place, didn’t feel too safe walking too far from the hotel. For the money I will say is a great deal, would consider coming back.

Mediocre at best
Staff was trying their best to work with what they have. Management is failing the property. Booked 3 nights stay in the first week of June, 2023 when it’s already hot in Rome. AC didn’t work in the entire hotel. When asked about timeline when it will be resolved, was told “don’t know” and “may be in the middle of July. We are waiting for detail…”was given fans instead of AC. Rooms are small and not comfortable. Location is not convenient.

Dear Ihar, we apologise for the inconvenience due to low a/c. It is absolutely unusual to have a/c not working and our engineers were working hard to have it fixed. They thought the a/c system should be repaired in a couple of days, but the works have inexpectedly turned out to be longer. Everything is ok now. Rooms have exactly the size approoved by law. Our location is very easy: from our hotel you can get to Colosseum in 25 minutes by bus and metro with only ONE ticket of Euro 1,50. We hope we will see you again. Sincerely

First, the geographic location of the property, as listed by Expedia was seriously inaccurate. It was not close to the train station. Second, when I arrived they told me the air conditioning wasn't working. When I asked to be placed in a different hotel they offered to cancel the reservation but did not assist me in finding a replacement. Frankly, they were rude. I stayed there and did not sleep well due to the lack of air conditioning.

Luckily during the night there always has been fresh air that helped us a lot. Now everything is repaired. Our distance to Tiburtina Station is 800 metres or 2 bus stops. Desde que llegamos no servía el aire acondicionado y la solución que nos dieron fue “abrir la ventana”, había muchísimo calor, hablamos con otros huéspedes y les estaba sucediendo lo mismo. No lo recomiendo.

Mir wurde mitgeteilt das die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, und ich die Balkontür öffnen soll , wurde dadurch von Moskitos gestochen und es war so laut , das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahren Straße die zur Autobahn und Flughafen führt, das Einschlafen viel uns schwer und wurden mehrmals in der Nacht wach, das Zimmer wurde an einem Tag nicht gemacht, angeblich kein Service Personal verfügbar, bin entsprecht bei dem Preis
