Dear Ben, we are always very upset and amused when we get this kind of feedback. According to our records you were shown several rooms and only then you had made your booking. If you saw that the place was not clean and you wouldn't stay there why did you make a reservation and stayed with us? We do apologize if you had some communication problems at the reception but it is not the reason to invent the stories about fleas etc. Kind regards

Partiamo dal fatto che avete prenotato la camera non includeva la colazione e nonostante questo l'avete fatta 3 volte(!!!)Non sembra che Vi abbia fatto tanto schifo. Dear Nawal your awful comment is only anger. You booked a double room for two person and instead you had arrived in three. We didn't have availability but to make you satisfied we gave you a triple room asking 15 € for a third person. Paying 15€ per person per night do you expect to have dinner and supper included? You have invented all this story just because you didn't want to pay the supplement, saying us that you were beaten and your friend, that slept with you in the same bed were not. It sounds ridiculous. The only our fault was to help you with the triple room

Gentile Giuseppina, La ringraziamo di averci dedicato il Suo prezioso tempo per recensirci. Sinceramente siamo rimasti molto dispiaciuti del Suo commento anche perchè in tre giorni che Lei ha soggiornato da noi non ha mai menzionato il problema alla reception. Ci sembra che stia un pò esagerando parlando della scarsa pulizia e dei ragni, ma forse soggiornando in una camera in cinque con tre bambini piccoli avere la pulizia impeccabile è impossibile a prescindere, per non parlare dei bambini lasciati da soli nella sala colazione e nei corridoi a divertirci a smontare gli specchi ed altro. In ogni caso faremo tesoro dei vostri preziosi consigli e cercheremo di migliorare
