Rome, Lazio hotel rooms at the Occidental

Wonderful staff, especially Alexander and Anthony. Very clean and accessible. Would recommend to anybody.

Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. Special thank you to Sabina who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a warm smile. Her service was magnificent! By the way breakfast choices were excellent, they even had many vegan choices .Desk staff Andrea & Francesco were very friendly & always gave a warm greeting .Francesco who helped us with our bags gave...

Everything was wonderful

Walking distance from train that goes to the airport, central location! Would stay there again.

Riiiight in the thick of it but even our room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. Great service and staff was very friendly!

This place was so great to stay at. I felt safe and taken care of. It was such a luxury place to stay at. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk and the other places were just a short taxi ride away

The hotel is very well located in the middle of Rome close to many important and interesting sites. The stuff was amazing every each and one of them especially Luca who gave us really personal treatment and helped us in everything we needed. The hotel has 2 problems. One that the keys to the room are working for only one time and we had to get them fixed at the reception everyday sometimes more than once in one day. The second problem is that the hotel has heating systems that is automatic and...

Great location and cleanness.

Front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Starting from a warm welcome, explaining benefits that came with our booking, recommending great restaurants in the vicinity, to booking a car in the early morning hours to Rome airport. Room while small was clean and comfy, and the location close to sights like the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. is unbeatable! Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location, fantastic staff, great breakfast and comfortable room. Second visit in the past two months. My new go-to place to stay in Rome.

Wonderful hotel! Everything was great!

My husband and I recently visited Rome and had planned our trip on our own. Our research paid off with this hotel! The hotel was clean and modern, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and the furnishings were nice. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. They never acted like we were bothering them with any of our questions. They helped us out with restaurant reservations as well as mapping our destinations for us and helping us figure out which bus to take. The hotel is...

My stay at the Hotel L’Orologio Roma was perfect. This small hotel is centrally located, providing walking access to many of Rome’s treasures. The room and interior spaces appear to be newly redone. The watch/clock motif adds special charm. The staff were uniformly helpful and fluent in English. This hotel has a stunning rooftop cocktail bar/restaurant with views of central Rome. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, the area is perfect being so close to the pantheon and so many other sites to see.

Best location. Excellent service. Comfortable rooms and beds. Perfect breakfast. This was my 2nd visit and will definitely return.

We loved the terrace breakfasts and late night drinks on the rooftop patio. The staff was consistently kind and accommodating. The central location made getting to/from all the historical sites on foot much easier. We'll book Ruby Hotels in the future. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel! We give the highest marks for the wonderfully helpful and very kind staff! The hotel is lovely with beautifully decorated calm common areas to relax in. Our room was spacious and extremely clean and quiet and we were so very delighted to have a view of the colosseum in the distance! The bed was extremely comfortable. The heat worked perfectly during our chilly stay and our room was very cozy. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, towels were thick and...

The room was clean and nice. The only thing that could be difficult for some is that you have to kcrawl up on the bed from the foot o which could be difficult if you have mobility isdues. We loved the area with lots of close restaurants and we walked to all major sites. The rooftop bar was lovely!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and quick, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary early check-in. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect – close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a wide variety of options, and the...

The room is very clean. They have a small elevator (4 persons) that can fit 2 people and 2 suitcases. Free coffee/snacks/candies which are all delicious. Staff is really friendly, feels welcomed. Overall stay is positive and extremely comfortable. The negatives are really minimal. The room I stayed only has 2 hangers, which I would prefer more for hanging towels and clothes. Another issue which is more of a personal preference, that the showerhead is too small. It's a narrow, long head instead...
