Estimada Cristina, como ya le he comentado no hay diferencia de precio entre nuestras habitaciones dobles y sobre todo todas tienen balcòn...lo que intenté explicarle inutilmente también en vivo y no solamente por telefono es que cuando dije "ridicola" no me referìa a usted sino a las diferencias entre una habitaciòn y la otra a parte el color...pero quizàs ya estaba tan convencida de su opiniòn que ni intentò comprender de verdad porque le puedo asegurar que aquì todos trabajamos y no queremos gastar tiempo. Al realizar una reserva habrìa que hechar un vistazo a todas las fotos de lo que està apunto de reservar y no solamente a la primera... y que desafortunadamente no se puede asegurar la habitaciòn que usted viò en la foto y luego pedirla al momento de su llegada. Pero lo peor es que aunque le hemos dado exactamente lo que usted reservó y de manera correcta, no estamos seguros de que usted tenga una buena actitud ya que dijo claramente que sin un descuento de 40 euros (ya le descontamos 20 euros para que estuviera màs contenta) iba a poner malos comentarios en Expedia Hotels.com Tripadvisor...y eso es evidentemente un chantaje no una queja irreal. Hi Bettina, thank you for your good review. We specify on the web site about breakfast that is self service with packed food in the respect of the touristic – laws of Lazio Region, and it consists in: corn-flakes, snacks, biscuits, sliced bread (ideal for sandwich and toast), marmalade and butter, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee (espresso). Anyway we are very careful to the opinions of our guests and we try to improve ourselves everytime what' s possible , and from this year we have more: crackersands, breadsticks, yogurts, fresh fruits, fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee (moka and espresso) , three different kinds of tea, and cheese. Gentile Ospite, grazie prima di tutto per il punteggio positivo. Precisiamo però il commento da Lei rilasciato perchè può essere male interpretato: tutti i B&B non sono soggetti a partita iva quindi non hanno l'obbligo di emettere documenti fiscali ma solo ricevute generiche sulle quali apporre una marca da bollo da 2,00 euro. Inoltre ottenere il POS per i pagamenti con carta di credito e/o bancomat non è facile perchè le Banche chiedono la partita iva ,appunto, che i B&B come detto non hanno. Saluti da Roma Simone
