"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. "#1)They checked us into a room that was already being used. We went in the room and someone’s stuff was in the room! #2) After we got a non-occupied room, the air conditioning unit was SO noisy. But not in a nice relaxing white noise way. More like it sounded like a tarp flapping in the wind and rattling like crazy. #3) Also, NO HOT WATER!!! Beware! Several nights we let it run for about 20 minutes and it never got hotter than lukewarm. Only one night out of our 5 night stay did we have hot water. #4) no parking at the hotel unless you want to pay valet $60 per night!! So be mindful that there aren’t parking options unless you pay to park. We found a place a block away that was $21 a night."

"It is in a less than desirable neighborhood. Random people walking through the parking lot and working on their vehicles changing break pads and rotors. Bullet proof glass in the vestibule to check in. Vending machines and ice machine were out of service. Short & curly hairs on the “clean” sheets. Back of toilet seat lid had fecal matter stuck on it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back."

"We enjoyed our stay. Some positives were the spacious junior suite and the comfortable bed. The young valet worker in the mornings was very kind and prompt. Some negatives were the bathroom needed a good deep cleaning, it was just surface cleaned. Also front desk couldn’t tell us a time for hotel offered yoga classes. Staff was kind but we had to ask about our credit we were given and had to ask about extra charges that we were told “happens sometimes we don’t know why.” Overall a good stay but for over $300 a night not in the best location i would expect a bit more."

"The young lady at check in wasn’t the most friendly. She wasn’t rude but wasn’t welcoming either. There were left over strawberries from a previous stay in our refrigerator. My husband also witnessesd a hotel staff member making derogatory comments towards two young girls who were also staying at the hotel which I reported to their guardian. The mattress in our room was also squeaky. As much as we love this hotel brand we more than likely will never return to this location. Very disappointing."
