"The hotel was the lovely a s the room was comfortable. The room was booked for two people, but it only had one twin size duvet and one bath towel. It wasn’t set up for two people. I’m sure I could have requested more, but we made due. The check in staff were very polite and helpful!"

"It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Lux ... very conveniently located with a Coop closeby...bus station closeby to take bus 2 to Luzern station...room had air conditioner which was blissful in this hot July weather... and the Staff were amazing... really helpful...especially Mikhaila and Regina to mention and off course great breakfast that was included...I highly would recommend this hotel to everyone traveling this way"

"The Chateau was beautiful inside and out! We had a room on the second floor with sweeping views of the city and the lake, from both our front window and a small balcony on the lake-side of the building. The views were unbelievable! We had breakfast on the Terrance the next morning, with the same beautiful views! The funicular was not working due to a thunderstorm the day before we arrived, so we were bummed about not being able to access the property with that, but there was a shuttle van from...
