"The hotel was the lovely a s the room was comfortable. The room was booked for two people, but it only had one twin size duvet and one bath towel. It wasn’t set up for two people. I’m sure I could have requested more, but we made due.
The check in staff were very polite and helpful!"

"Nice large room with a huge balcony featuring a lovely mountain view. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was very spacious; a closing shower door would have been nice but thats a minor gripe.
Location was convenient for the bus downtown, which was paid for thanks to the complimentary Lucerne travel card. Overall a very nice and peaceful stay - we would stay there again."

"Lovely spot looking over the lake. If you take the bus to Casino, you'll have to carry your luggage up the hill a bit (which is why you get the nice view). No air conditioning though - it was got when we were here."
