"All of the staff we interacted with were pleasant & helpful. The room refrigerator was on the blink, but we had a cooler with us. Housekeeping was mostly spot-on except the ice bucket had water in the bottom possibly from the last guests and the sealed packaging on one plastic cup was opened in 2 places. If you stay on the backside of the building and are a light sleeper there is a 4-lane highway directly below that is a bit noisy during rush hour traffic. Otherwise it ’s a good choice on the outskirts of Cincinnati."

"When I walked in the door of the hotel, it smelled amazing. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean & smelled great as well, the room had a jetted tub that I enjoyed immensely. Loved the bedding. Breakfast was very good, the bacon was cooked, PERFECT! checkout was easy and again staff was very friendly. My only regret was we weren't staying longer. Will definitely come back when we're in town for a Reds game."

"We had a few issues one with the ice maker on the fridge which I fixed but the host was very helpful. Also with the TV which I couldn’t get to come on at first but I did get it on and working! In the mean time the host was helpful. Everything was nice, clean, and organized. I will stay here again and we really enjoyed the on site Kitties as we are kitty lovers. I would have taken them home but their ears where tipped so I knew they belonged to someone. I do wish they would keep them inside since their are lots of predators around. Anyway, Loved the stay and the surroundings I will say that every cabin needs to be handicap accessible as we struggled getting my mom in and out even up two steps. Needs to be a ramp asap! Also the tub is way high and not handicap accessible no way she could get in that tub!"
