“The online booking through Trulicity was horrible. They screwed up my online booking, did not change it when I asked so I stayed two nights but had to pay for three nights Do not use a online service b/c if you want to change it the hotel cannot help you and getting a hold of online service is just about impossible This whole experience SUCKED”
