"Clean and comfortable. Staff were kind, courteous and helpful. Convenient to Hay Street Mall and, more importantly for me as I was visiting for a Specialist medical appointment, Royal Perth Hospital was 4 minute walk away from the hotel. I was delighted to find that the air conditioning was reverse cycle and the room could be kept warm through the night."
