โThe only problem is when we took grab, the driver dropped us at the front entrance of the building and the security guard canโt help us to tell where we can talk to the receptionist. We didnโt know that the entrance is across the street by the mall. It is much better if they will put sign at the main building to give instructions to all guests how to get in the building.โ

There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.โ
โThe unit was great and has beautiful decor. Clean, neat and nicely furnished. Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. โClean and decent. Rooms are generally comfortable, only thing is donโt have warbrobe. Having mahjong room is great! Booked 2 units and 1 of them donโt have frying pan for own cooking. Overall still clean and decent accommodation. โ
โGood location - very comparable to the 3-4 star hotels around. (ie: New York, KSL, Gp, etc)
Parking is good, and my vehicle feels safe(compared to other hotels).
