โThe only problem is when we took grab, the driver dropped us at the front entrance of the building and the security guard canโt help us to tell where we can talk to the receptionist. We didnโt know that the entrance is across the street by the mall. It is much better if they will put sign at the main building to give instructions to all guests how to get in the building.โ
โ2 nights stay. Front desk staff were welcoming, helpful and very pleasant, room is good and clean everything worked. Breakfast included is awesome and staff there were also welcoming, helpful and all the food was great. Very comfortable stay and awesome staff, well done.

There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.โ
โExcellent stay at R&F TrexHomestay, the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless and accommodating to late check-in request. The apartment is located close to the checkpoint, and there are plenty of F&B options inside the R&F mall.โ
โClean and decent. Rooms are generally comfortable, only thing is donโt have warbrobe. Having mahjong room is great! Booked 2 units and 1 of them donโt have frying pan for own cooking. Overall still clean and decent accommodation. โ
โGood location - very comparable to the 3-4 star hotels around. (ie: New York, KSL, Gp, etc)
Parking is good, and my vehicle feels safe(compared to other hotels).
Ample food options at the ground level as well.โ
