The staff were also very kind and I was really touched when they asked if I needed water while carrying my luggage to the taxi after check-out. The level of service that can take care of guests even when they leave is a kindness that is not easily found even in luxury hotels. “清潔なお部屋、すっきりしたセンスの良い家具・備品、使いやすく考慮された設備（照明のスイッチが細かい範囲でオンオフ出来る、コンセントが各所に配置されている等）、大変心地良く過ごせました。スタッフの方との事前連絡のやり取りも丁寧で、安心できました。雨の日には玄関に傘が用意してあり、気配りが嬉しかったです。”

“Mycket fräscht rum och hotell överlag. Väldigt bra och tillmötesgående personal och allt fungerade supersmidigt. Bra läge med en kvarts promenad ner till stranden och närhet till gamla stan - men ändå lugnt i området.”

“매우 청결하고 친절한 3성급 호텔로서 올드타운까지 걸어서 20분정도 걸리며 가까운 10분거리에 미쉘린 식당이 있음. 겨울엔 룸이 좀 추워서 heating을 켜도 온도가 거의 올라가지 않는게 난점.. 아마 이 지역의 히팅시스템이 거의 같을 것 같다.. 조식은 메뉴 카드로 주문하는데 아주 훌륭하고 종류도 다양하고 스페인의 조식을 맛 볼 수 있었고 아주 맛있다 모두 주문해도 상관없다~~~ 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이다.. ”
