"The staff were brilliant. We were allowed to check in a little early, which was very welcome after delays in arriving. Being only 1 stop down from the station was also great too. Aircon in the hotel is fantastic and very quiet. The room we shared between the 4 of us was huge and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was also great with a good selection as well as having continental and cooked breakfast. It's great to see the Premier Inn brand we know and love in the UK is alive and thriving in Germany too. If we are ever back in Koln, we will definitely book this hotel again."

"This was a lovely stay and met all our needs as a family of 4. Splitting the sofa bed to have the beds apart a bit would've worked a bit better for us but that's a personal thing. The main bed was really comfy! Water pressure was crap so that needs addressed however I do think they are maybe just being more cautious with water use given the heat waves! So that's ok. It's not a bad location at all. Rooms really quiet. We used the bar area and the possibility to buy a few drinks/snacks from the fridges across from the reception was great. I'd recommend the hotel to friends"

"The hotel was very clean, staff helpful. There is parking, but I didn’t need it as there is a tram link into the city & uber also comes to the hotel. If you need your room cleaned during your stay you do have to ask for this."
