There was hair in my tongue when I checked it into the first room room 158. I requested another room in that room was even worse plus they had a patch under the closet shelf so I opted to purchase cleaning supplies additionally, the room key did not work for the five nights. I had to get a key every night.
Additionally, there was a reserve charge on my account when I first made the reservation for roughly $78 when I checked into the hotel our card is charged for the full amount of trip and I saw my balance change in my account but now seven days later, I am seeing in charge on my account again. I need to understand when I pay for the room as of now it looks like I paid twice, and I am disputed in charge that here on my card on April 6th
