"The property was very quiet, perfect for family trip, i love that they have SAUNA room ! front desk (Oscar his customer service was excellent over all we were comfortable. the hot tub does need some TLC. definitely we will come back. "

The property is lovely. At the time of our visit the pool was under full construction however I believe this will be resolved soon, it may be worth checking if this is a feature you “must have”. "Nice, helpful,and welcoming staff. The Waterfall house was in an excellent location and very spacious with nice views, quiet and separate from the other cottages. Surrounded by gardens. Staff was kind to let us check-in early .The down side: The stove did not work well and the fireplace was out of service, and the kitchen was limited regarding pots and pans and other items. Bathrooms need a good spring cleaning. "

"The Highland Dell was a very well-kept and pristine property in a beautiful setting in the redwoods along the Russian River. The dining area and menu were excellent. The management and staff were all friendly and accommodating. I will recommend the Highland Dell to all my family and friends."
