Centrally located, friendly staff. They tried to move us to a different hotel on our second night because they were overbooked but we complained and they back down. The breakfast was limited

We were informed only when we are checking in, that the 3 rooms we booked were not available due to power outage. Just imagine the frustration seeing other people coming in and out of the elevator - obviously the staff is lying. The lady in the reception got our luggage and transferred us to Sapa Green View Hotel. I forgot to mention, Sapa Covention Center Hotel is actually named Sapa Green Forest Hotel. And I believe green view and green forest are owned by the same company as the lady receptionist from green forest went straight behind the desk of green view. From what I see, they transfee
