Courteous staff, super clean room, nice Starbucks coffee at reception and daily fresh cookies. Superb location next to UC Davis campus, right in the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants.. and this is my favorite place to stay while visit my student there without renting a car because everything is within walking distance.

The room is rather small, however it will work for a family of 3 with the bed and pull out couch. Might need to move some furniture around, but it'll work for one night like it did for us. Nice to have a fridge and theres a coffee shop right across the street that opens at 7am. In addition, lot of restaurtants within walking distance. Parking can be a bit crammed given the spaces are rather narrow, but if you get there early enough, it will work.
