The front desk person was extremely rude and could use some customer service training. She seemed bothered that I was even there. Then upon calling after I checked out to understand a $25 fee that appeared on my credit card, she rudely stated it was the pet fee (which I was not told about at check in) and then hung up on me.
Also, the hotel had a weird smell (i think because of people cooking in their "in room" kitchens and not opening the windows. It was a little nauseating. Also the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning!
