The front desk staff, actively are trying to scam people. Booked my stay for a number of nights. They entered it in one short of that, then told me I needed to pay a different price than I booked it for to stay the last night. I had to leave or pay way more! Yeah don't stay here unless you want way way less than you bargained for and want to pay extra on top of it.

It was clean and convenient,inside mini Mart .only downside was no coffee in the room or air conditioner. Otherwise was great room,small fridge , microwave and comfortable bed.

Check in staff had terrible attitude to be workingin hospitalityindustry. Looked like she Didn’t want to be there. Put us in a room being painted with fumy smell. Got switched to a different room. It is winter time, rany and cold,but There was no heat, and never got fixed. Only was given two towels, no washcloths. Place was dirty. Experience was terrible.

Needs extensive deep cleaning
Smoke free facility stinked like tabacco and weed. The room had dirty curtains, dirty carpet, debris of broken glass or plastic under the bathroom sink, the tub could use a replacement (we didn’t even use the tub or shower because it looked so dirty), the air vent in the bathroom was dirty. Just a really bad place to spend the night.

I ended up not staying at this hotel and finding another hotel to stay out. I felt unsafe at this hotel which is why I decided to leave. Upon arrival there were homeless people in the parking lot potentially selling drugs. Once inside I still did not feel safe. Once in the room the furniture was chipped and the room was dirty.

Let me start by saying, each and every time you leave your room you will need to get a new key. And if your lucky, you may only need to go back down to the front desk once or twice. However, if you are disabled, DO NOT Expect to be treated any differently. Especially if the disability is a mobility issue. If i had to give a percentage on how many times my key did not work, I would have to say 90%. First i was on the first floor way down 2 very long hallways. Then i was moved to the 4th floor. Which, again, my key only worked 10% of the time. Very inconvienient for a disabled woman.

We were checked in into a room that was not clean... When complained they just proposed to cancel the reervation and refund - well, we drove few hours and it is close to night time. what they expect us to sleep on the streets? Then they suggested to downgrade us (sleeping 4 people on a double bad lol) - claimed they do not have anymore rooms with king bads as we ordered. After more negotiation they found 2 more of those rooms. LAst time I go this place

The photos you see online are quite misleading. Me and a group of friends stays here for 3 days. Overall, the experience wasnt great. the beds were okay. the bathroom tub had just been fixed and looked bad. Tread lightly when booking here. Ive been to quite a few ramadas and this one was the worst by far. the continental breakfast was nothing to write home about either. only cereal, bagels and muffins. 1 type of juice nothing else. Room Keys stopped working everyday. overall it was pretty bad.

Checked in a little late, receptionistwas very kind and efficient, many people were checking in at that time. Got to our room. No coffee maker or ice bucket. Had to call in on my cell phone because the phone in our room was broken. We were told someone would be right up. My frie d wasshed upbefore bed. The plug was broken in stop position, i was unable towash before retiring. I called again for repair, again forgotten. No "do not disturb " sign and dead bolt didnt work. Morning. Sink drained. I used the room card to open it. Could not figure out how to turn on shower. Desk clerk could not help. FiNALLY someone came up, without any ammenities, fixed the issue and was gone. They are remodeling... kind people, but service sucks. Sorry, we wont be back next year for our convention... netter luck next time.

Room was in need of maintenance. Most drawers had sliding issues, shower head needs replacement, alarm clock and phone not operational. They did offer to switch rooms but our stay was short and we already had unpacked.The positives were good refrigerator, microwave and continental breakfast was enjoyable.

We were traveling all night and when we got to the hotel we wanted to shower and the bathroom was so dirty and they didn’t even supply enough towels. Stains on the bed. Couch looked like it was vacuum forever. Very dirty atmosphere we left

Bathroom is dirty, bath tub is dirty and not clean. I have to put on my sandal in the room because the carpet is dirty. No AC only fan and it’s not even working good. Breakfast is sucks.

Place was ok but very dated shower was impossible to keep water from floor no floor matts and tile was extremely slippery when wet only got two towels bed was ok but bedding was damaged lamps have outlet but don't work correctly

room was horribly disgusting.. bathtub was dirty, didn't look like it's never been scrub for 5 years, it needs to be replace 100%..room smells bad like towels hasn't been dried for a week and it's just sitting in the laundry basket. i won't be surprise if we roll up the carpet in the room and finds mold under it.. asked for a fresh set of towels but never came until i picked up the room phone that doesn't work, so i used my personal phone to call downstairs to asked for new towels. didn't even apologize when i said i asked an hour ago.. very disappointed with the overall service since this is supposed to be Ramada Inn not a motel.. if i would've known it will be like this, i would've stayed in some motels for a cheaper price.. never again...

Floors were super dirty. The bottom of my feet were black within two hours of walking barefoot in my room. The faucets were loose and the bath tub drain was draining so slow. There was a cigarette burn on the comforter. Water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel.

Stay was not good. “Pull out bed” was a small cot that wasn’t even the right size. All of the sockets didn’t have covers and were super lose so that was probably a safety issue. Store was cash only no way to use card or charge it to the room. The hallways smelled like smoke and mold at the same time it was gross. The shower head was super low and the handles were wrong (cold water handle was actually the hot water). The carpets in the room were gross it seems like they didn’t clean them and last the area was pretty bad. A lot of homeless and trash everywhere.

They had an error in there system and tried to make us pay for it, then they kick at out at 10:30 pm because we didnt want to pay for their mistake. Also when we tried to get ahold of the manager the employee refused to contact him or let us contact him ourselves. And they refused to give us our receipt saying they cant find it even though we sign for it in the beginning.

I couldn't BELIEVE how rundown and DIRTY this place was. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, hairs in the dirty tub, mold in the tub, just FILTHY EVERYWHERE. Then to top it off the A/C was broken!?!?! Will never stay again that's for sure.

Not worth the price
First room - AC didn’t work. Second room - leak under sink, blow dryer didn’t work, AC wasn’t great, still needed a fan. No screens on the windows. Complementary breakfast was just breads with condiments, coffee, and tea. I’m fine with all the little issues, but not for the price I paid.

Headboards were dirty and had stains, carpet was dirty and bathtub was very old and dirty. Breakfast was very basic no eggs or meat. Just toast, bagels, apples, coffee and cereal.

The room needs to be update. The bathroom are gross. The light where flickering in the bathroom. The lights went off while my daughter was showering. Plus the sheets were dirty and it had cigarette holes. Even though the room is supposed to be none smoking. Good think I brought my own blankets. Plus the area is not safe. There are homeless everywhere during the evening.

Never stay here with your family
This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and the person working the front desk was no help at all. The rooms AC did not work well and being in Sacramento where it gets to the 100 degree mark , it was humid and hot , the manger said they were full which was a lie because there was really no one in the parking lot for how huge this establishment was. He didn’t try to get us a different room but said he could give us a little 5$ fan for the room to help which did nothing . The water that came out the faucet was dark brown for a few minutes before it cleared up , the people walking the halls all night were super sketchy , the place was not clean at all. Had to go get extra towels from the front because the ones in the room had hair on them from someone shaving. The rooms were 80’s ish and dirty. I’d never stay here ever again. Especially because they don’t even try to help you or make things right.

Disappointing, Econo Lodge.
This is a bargain hotel, so your expectations should not be too high. However, some of the aspects of basics were very disappointing. television look like it was dropped. It had several lines running through the screen there were holes in the wall carpet was dirty, and the worst was the AC failed on a hot day. The pool was nice and clean, the bed linens, and the towels were clean. Desk staff tried to rectify problems, but for me effort is not enough.

When I was checking in, there was a guy complaining about not having any air-conditioning in his room and they basically told him there was nothing they could do. I checked in and the AC was turned off even though it was 100° outside. I turn the AC on as low as it would go, and it was miserably hot all night. I worked the next day and came back that afternoon, and it was still hot in that room. The AC barely did anything. The carpet was dirty. They had packets of coffee in the room, but no coffee maker. The floors in the hallways were dirty. There were bugs in the hallway. I would never recommend anybody to stay at this place.
