The bathroom in the unit was deplorable. The toilet seat was either currently filthy or was so badly stained from prior usage that it desperately needed to be swapped out for a new by maintenance. Toilet seats are not that expensive and just because a hotel or motel is considered affordable to lower socioeconomic levels of people doesn't mean that those people are filthy people and don't deserve clean accommodations. The grounds also were unkept. The grass needed to be cut and the grounds needed to have an overall trash collection of various debris thrown all over the grounds. Further there was a transgender guest that was walking the halls scantily clad.

I found insects inside my room Inhave videos of it and also the electricity was so terrible and cut off during the day and also it is unsafe i have proof and videos

The self-serve breakfast consisted of waffles, Cheerios, toast, coffee, tea, apples, bagels, orange juice, cranberry juice, and the homeless folks that happen to sneak in. Housekeeping was top notch.

You get what you pay for, but this was at a differnt level. Used Soap bed not completely made. Pubic hair in the bed.

Very fast and easy check-in. We stay here several times a year for V.A. doctors appointments. Lots of food and shopping near by. Plus Brookfields Restaurant is next door with great food.

The place was INFESTED with BEDBUGS. When I asked to move rooms, the new room was worse. My baby got bitten up horribly in less than an hr.

Stay at the Motel 6 across Madison Ave. instead
I was thoroughly entertained by reading the awful reviews on Google Maps. My stay was pretty uneventful compared to what other people have written about. The $200 deposit was a shock & I need to make sure it gets credited back to the company card, as there are many reviews complaining that it slow or doesn't get returned.

My name is Robin Clarkson and my stay was horrible. I am disabled and was treated terribly. I would never in my life stay here again I would rather sleep on the sidewalk. The front desk customer service was the worst I have ever experienced and the way they talk to you is beyond rude and they treated me as a bother and had no consideration or compassion. This place needs to be shut down and I am going to take this further. They kept my deposit stating I smoked in the room and I don’t smoke. The rooms are filthy and outdated. Microwaves don’t work and they state full breakfast but only serve watered down old coffee and sour orange juice. They haven’t heard the last of me.

Horrible app won't allow pictures. But I have many
As you can see by the pictures below there was a leak onto my bathroom toilet area from the room above. One could only assume that it's from the toilet above. Disgusting. This was all over my own personal towels, clothing and shower items. Do you think the hotel was concerned.? No! 👎 Very very disappointed in the staff.

Bad business and your app won't allow me a picture
Says breakfast. NO!!!! Only coffee no breakfast. Nothing only coffee. Secondly, I'm on the bottom floor as I'm disabled. Not in the disabled room but another with a leaking toilet over my bathroom which I have pictures of but this app won't allow pictures. Horrible horrible

Worst Hotels.com stay ever!!
First told no room on 1st floor as requested. Offered us 1st floor room with 2 beds for $5 extra. No elevator. We tried climbing stairs, but decided to pay extra but the actually waived it. Went to first floor rm and heater didn't work. They switched us and next rm had cockroach on bed. They finally switched us again and rm was habitable. Night clerk was actually pretty nice in the end. Either I became more tolerant or she was glad to have a small issue to deal with after a run in with another guest. Also I attempted to get help from Hotels.com and Philippine based service was terrible. I was hoping she could get me another hotel, but she appeared to have no understanding of the names of hotels and kept repeating one hotel over and over as if she was reading it. Ended with me trying online to find another hotel while online with her. I really think I am due some compensation for this stay. Hotel should be kicked out of Super 8 group. Ps: Asked for $200 security deposit on check in. Hope I don't have trouble getting it back.

Leaking toilet from above my room.
Well I had to be moved to another room because there was a leak from the toilet above my toilet which was dripping into me and my guest while using the rest room. We were moved to another room a few doors down which had no leaks, so far, it's just the 3rd room we moved to. Very confusing for me as I have short term memory loss. However I did take pictures of the leaking toilet from above or room.

Not handicap friendly
I requested a handicap room. And it seems as though there is no s shortage of handicap people because they two me every single time they don't have any available. Which I have come to find out is wrong. Can't quite pin point the train went, because I am viable handicap. And not giving me a room with a handicap shower is not only dangerous but it is also cruel.

Not disabled friendly!!
Roaches and they didn't give me a disabled room until my last week or so I stayed there. I paid thousands.. .. Thousands of dollars to this hotel and it wasn't till the last week I stayed there that I was given a disabled room to accommodate my shower needs.

Be careful what you ask for. ¿
Had been staying here for a while, was fine where I was, accept the fact that I'm disabled, and they wouldn't give me a disabled friendly room. So then they decided to move me to the other side of the building to a disabled friendly room. Well, be careful what you all for... There where cockroaches all over in this room, Fighting neighbors, dirty room. Not happy, not happy at all. Was charged 2x for the stay, and to top it off the front desk girl was so disrespectful, so disrespectful. And now I have to fight with, I don't even know who, to get just my over charge reimbursement, that's not including fighting for some kind of compensation for the discomfort as well as the multiple charges on my card for.

We chose this motel for it’s convenient location and low price only. It was very dirty inside and out with extremely limited amenities. There isn’t a breakfast as advertised, all rooms must share one microwave, it’s in a really bad neighborhood, there isn’t an elevator, there was trash in the parking lot, the hotel is noisy, there were cockroaches, the air conditioner was broken, their were bed bugs and a strong smoke smell in the rooms even though it’s supposedly a nonsmoking motel and a high $200 deposit for a $70 room. Would not recommend.
