"This Radisson is new and sparkly but unfortunately the staff did not quite measure up with the nice facilities. They were friendly enough but simple things like having two free people at the front desk but then not helping us when we struggled with our bags in the revolving door, brings our rating down. We chose the hotel for its new facilities, the location, the gym, and the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, when I asked about the rooftop, they told me that it would not be open until a few days after our stay but that we were welcome to take a drink from downstairs up to it. We took our game up one night only to find a few employees winetasting up there and the bar was open. I ordered a cup of tea that took 30 minutes. Service missed the mark again. The breakfast was lovely—nice buffet and even included gluten-free bread options."
