"Received note from hotel that due to a technical issue (not explained) that we had been booked in another hotel with comparable room. Arrived to a sparsely furnished room, only two towels for two people, towels were threadbare with hanging threads from the sides. There were two small paper cups for drinking by the bathroom sink. There was no coffee maker in the room. Air conditioning was inadequate. I was extremely disappointed. Felt as if this was a profit making venture by the Best Western Reims City Center, sell a room at a higher price and rebook guests into hotels of lesser quality and pocket the difference. If what we were accommodated in was a "comparable" room, then the Best Western Reims City Center is not worth the money we were charged. Would not recommend."
