“The home is gorgeous and literally in the center of town. Easy to walk everywhere. Caroline arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the train station and we were met by Lucy who was wonderful. She sat us down with a map of the town. She circled and labeled things she felt we shouldn’t miss as well as places I told her we had things booked for. Dinner reservations were made for us and the recriminations were great. We opted not to have a full breakfast each morning but did have croissants and coffee...

“We were here to rest and recharge after spending the day wine tasting. This chateau is quiet and peaceful. Staff is friendly and speaks our language which is not common in many parts of France. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“Overall the stay at this hotel was excellent from check in, to breakfast, through dinner and cocktail options as well as the amenities, everything was well thought through. My only comments are that we did not receive our VIP perks, water was €12 & with the temperatures this is excessive even for a 5* hotel. Finally the aircon was great but every evening it was turned off so in the evening it was difficult to sleep. ”
