“I was impressed how well the staff handled the difficult situation in which I needed to relocate to another hotel since the room I booked was not available anymore. One of their team members took us to another (very nice) hotel, paid for the taxi, ensured express checkout and made sure the breakfast was included. Building customer loyalty in unexpected situations is not an easy task, but this team did an amazing job. Will come back for sure.”

“Even the price was relativetly affordable the quality in overall was excellent. Especially the unique decoration of paintings with antique furnitures. The staff were also very kind. Due to work I haven't much chances to enjoy the city of Geneva but still I was already satisfied due to the stay with this hotel. If anyone have a chance to stay in Geneva Kipling will be my recommendation.
P.S. The breakfast isn't super good but considering the high cost of living this is something too much to be...
“유럽 호텔치고는 깨끗하고 특히 샤워시설과 베드가 넓습니다. 다만 호텔 위치가 이민자 지역인지.. 바로 앞에 중국/인도/이란 등등 각국 식당이 다 모여 있어 밤늦게 다니기에는 위험하고 시끄럽습니다. 그리고 여기 프론트 직원들의 영어가 정확하지 않고 굉장히 불친절 합니다. 그냥 숙박만 이용한다면 추천합니다”

물가 비싼 스위스에서 이정도 호텔이면 평균이라고 생각하지만, 그래도 가격을 생각하면 조금 금액을 더 내고 호숫가에 방을 잡는 편이 나을 거 같다. 역 앞, 큰 도로변에 위치해 있어서 생각보다 소음 유입이 있었다.
엘레베이터가 엄청 작기 때문에 큰 케리어를 가졌다면 짐만 먼저 올려보내야한다.
