โEveryone had the best time here for my 30th birthday. Great quality food and staff that went above and beyond to make our vacation special. Having access to Secrets took everything up a notch. There were minor issues with the room but the staff made sure they were addressed as soon as possible. I'll definitely be back! โ
โThe staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. โ
โThe jerk chicken truck every day was amazing. The staff were super helpful and sweet. The food and drinks were great. The beaches were beautiful and very soft. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room when we first arrived. The counter tops had not been cleaned and you could still see ring marks from where cups had previously been. However, throughout our stay, housekeeping did a great job and everything was wonderful. โ
โThe staff at Secrets are amazing. The people here for the majority are very friendly. You may encounter someone who is having a day. But all in all the room was very nice. We would definitely stay here again in the near future. โ

โWe had a very large and comfortable apartment. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean. Staff was EXTREMELY helpfulโwe had run out of cash, ATMs never have cash but she helped arrange taxis for us late in the night. โ
โIt was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby. โ
