"Upon arriving at the Confort inn for our stay we arrived in our room. Tried to turn on the tv and nothing worked. We went to the front desk for batteries assuming that was the issue but come to find out the tv was unplugged and the power cord wasn’t plugged in once the staff came up to help. After the staff came up to help us we discovered the lock on our door also wasn’t working and the hotel staff had no solution for us. We arrived at the hotel around midnight due to traveling and really had no other options to stay anywhere else. The hotel staff assured us that the bar on the inside of the door which is a safety bar is okay and good enough to keep the door locked. Me and my partner disagreed and barely got any sleep that night. The next morning he said we could talk to the manger but then said we had to call the hotel on Monday to sort out the issues. I have never been to a hotel that my door didn’t lock and anyone could potentially come in my room. In this world we live now days that isn’t typical and isn’t safe. I don’t feel me or my families safety was of any concern to the staff at this hotel. He kept stating that we were okay because of the safety bar and never offered us another option."

"Quiet hotel. Arrived late but staff couldn’t have been more attentive. Although somewhat of an older facility very clean. Staff couldn’t have been kinder! Breakfast was excellent. Adequate parking. Will stay again"

"Lovely grounds, fountains. Very clean. Quiet setting. Good breakfast. Nice walking trail. Everyone one seemed nice and friendly. Will stay again when in the area."
