A fuir pour un séjour de vacances

Localisation ok, personnel ok, mais alors l'état des parties communes et de la chambre sont inadmissibles. Pour la chambre : Meubles hors d'âge et très abîmés, moquette vieille et tâchée, cuisine avec tartre et meubles très fatigués. Le pire a été la salle de bain : meuble de lavabo détruit, lavabo cassé avec tâches et traces de brûlure partout, douche défoncée, pleine de tartre... Bref glauque... beaucoup d'hommes seuls parmi les clients, résidence qui a tout d'un hôtel social ou pour des travailleurs saisonniers, mais pas pour du tourisme.

La résidence est très bien située, en plein centre. Le rapport qualité /prix est excellent. Dorénavant nous regarderons la liste des résidences Appart city quand nous devrons nous rendre dans une ville.

Proche du centre ville et du front de mer. Chambre silencieuse, Literie confortable Petit déjeuner buffet très bien Seul bémol le 3ème jour : plus d’eau chaude ! Apparemment juste « un problème électrique sur le chauffe-eau »... espérons qu’il sera résolu pour les prochains occupants !

Propreté à revoir : télécommande, micro-ondes, douche, serviettes... les murs sont abîmés et les interrupteurs ainsi que les prises sont jaunes... le mobilier est vieux et abîmé et il manque des tables de nuit.

Nous avons dû attendre jusqu’à 15h40 pour que la chambre sois finit d’être nettoyé. Nous aurions pût attendre encore longtemps ci la femme de ménage avez finit l'étage Avant notre chambre. La responsable de l’équipe ménage a fais on priorité notre chambre. Alors que nous avions reçut un mail à 15h05 pour nous dire que la chambre étais prête. Mauvaise organisation de l'ensemble de l'équipe. Propreté: dans l’ensemble correcte Point négatif: déchet sous les fenêtre et des odeurs de cigarette dans l'établissement

De asco

Contraté dos noches, pero la segunda noche la pasé en el hotel Holiday. El cuarto de baño estaba más guarro que el de la fábrica donde trabajo. La ducha sucia y el inodoro negro de no haberlo limpiado nunca. La tapa y el asiento del inodoro llevaba días sin limpiar. Osea..un asco!! No me fuí el primer día, porque pudo más el cansancio que llevaba encima que el repugnante baño.
