“Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et gentil. Nous avions une chambre avec tapis et mon fils et asthmatique. Ils ont accepté de changer la chambre sans frais et de façon très accommodante. Merci beaucoup ça a fait toute la différence pour nous. Nous étions en tournoi avec des jeunes un peu bruyants et le personnel a été patient et compréhensif. Vraiment une belle expérience.”

Since we don’t speak French, we were very thankful to a kind gentleman on the first floor who helped us, and thanks to him we were able to check in smoothly.
