"The first night we stayed there the bed was horrible. It felt like it was broken in the middle. The next morning we asked for another room. Which they gladly moved us to. That room was much better and it was on the 3rd floor which was better than the 2nd floor where you could hear the noise from the comedy club downstairs. The location was good. "

"I always check my mattress for cleanliness before settling in and unpacking. I pulled back the sheets on one bed and there was some remanent of food. I pulled back another layer and there were fluid stains. The second bed had black dust, marks and also had some stains. The toilet had feces in the hinge of the toilet. I contacted the front desk and the attendant came up and took pictures. I was moved to a different room and the sheets were cleaner. Thank you to Merlin. The next morning, it was raining and I asked for a second umbrella, the room provides one as a courtesy. I had to plead with the receptionist and explain the dirty room and that asking for an umbrella is not an inconvenience to the hotel. She rang for the manager and she told him I was the lady who changed rooms. They looked at each other and laughed.
