I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which boasts a central location and easy access to the Ueno station. The rooms are very tiny but clean. The breakfast options were very limited to 3 pieces of pancakes or egg sandwiches or boiled egg and coffee plus juice but overall the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff was incredibly patient with my friends and I. They even held our bags for us after check-out so we could explore a little longer before our flight! Also, despite being so close to subway tracks, we were able to sleep very well and couldn't hear the trains at all! I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful staff, clean room, walking distance to konbinis, restaurants, Ueno Station and bus to Tokyo Skytree. Great amenities in the room including the laundry which came in handy. Overall a great stay!
