โThe owners were so enjoyable, they only spoke broken English but we were able to converse. The facility is a traditional Japanese inn, so sitting in the floor and sleeping on futon. โStaying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. โVery nice hotel. My room had a nice view of the buildings and sky from the 19th floor. Bic Canera, Sogo Department Store, restaurants, and Omiya Station, are nearby. A 7-Eleven is on the ground floor of this hotel. Lawson Station across the street. โ
